PLASTIC PIPE INSTALLATION & WELDING

QEMS operates the most advanced pipe welding equipment from WIDOS (Germany) for the welding of Thermoplastic pipes and fittings on site – measuring from 20mm up to 2.6 metres

A range of sophisticated data-logging, Infra-Red and CNC operated machines are available to meet project requirements.

All QEMS Welding Personnel is trained and certified in accordance to DVGW Standard (German Association for Gas and Water) and/or DVS Technical Code (German Welding Society) in line with EN 13067. This includes certifications such as:

• DVGW GW 330 – Certified HDPE Pipe Welder
• DVGW GW 331 – Certified Supervisor HDPE Pipe Welding
• DVS 2212-3 – Certified Geomembrane Welder
• DVS 2212-1 – Certified Plastic Welder
