QEMS operates the most advanced pipe welding equipment from WIDOS (Germany) for the welding of Thermoplastic pipes and fittings on site.

A range of sophisticated data-logging, Infra-Red and CNC operated machines are available to meet project requirements. All welding executed by QEMS’ welders is in accordance with the requirements of the German DVS & DVGW (GW330) regulations and in line with EN 13067 and ISO 21307 standards.

QEMS employs qualified engineers, supervisors and welding specialists for the execution of its projects.

To ensure the highest quality installation, all site personnel is subject to a periodic educational program. Covering theoretical and practical training conducted by the German Plastics Center SKZ in accordance with the German Standards DVGW (German Association for Gas & Water) and DVS (German Welding Association).

QEMS has extensive project experience in the supply, installation, welding & quality control for all types of Geosynthetics and thermoplastic materials.

A team of qualified engineers and project supervisors is readily available to handle any size of project locally or internationally. Backed up by our  professional crew of welding specialists and site technicians, trained and certified according to international welding and installation standards including the DVS (German Association of Welders and the DVGW (German Association for Gas & Water)
