WELD IT 315 steel version

Welding machines in steel version for the heating element butt welding of pipes and fittings out of PE, PP and PVDF from OD 90 up to OD 315. The basic machine of the WIDOS Weld It 315 is made of steel, yet the weight of the modern sheet steel construction is relatively low and thus it is easy to transport.

The WIDOS Weld It 315 steel version is very solid and extremely torsion-resistant. By this, it can be used also under heavy conditions on the construction site and in the trench. The machine is made for the heating element butt welding of pipes and fittings out of PE, PP and PVDF from OD 90 up to OD 315. The basic machine is made of steel, yet the weight of the modern sheet steel construction is relatively low and thus it is easy to transport. The fourth clamping ring can be detached. The outer fixed clamping element can be easily disassembled by removing three screws in order to weld in difficult accessible places resp. under narrow conditions, e.g. in the trench or at the branch side of a T-piece. The slim clamping tools (15 mm) can even fix fittings with very short straight ends easy and safe. The knee lever system enables simple opening and shutting of the clamping tools. No tools are necessary. Operation is also no problem with gloves.
